The Bi Store & Fujitsu’s Infrastructure delivers the level of security, resilience and performance that enterprises require, enabling customers to reduce IT costs and focus on their core business.
Infrastructure as a Service is Fujitsu’s utility service for computing and storage resources, designed for all types of customer environments, from test and development to production business systems, with options of up to 99.999% availability and Disaster Recovery.
The BI Store Infrastructure will provide customers with virtual machines on shared infrastructure or dedicated virtual hosts on dedicated computing resources, flexible and scalable tiered storage capacity and cloud-based backup services hosted in Fujitsu’s Australian ISO 27001 certified data centres.

- Disaster Recovery as a Service providing customers with disaster recovery facilities for their Fujitsu Infrastructure as a Service enviroment
The Infrastructure as a Service service also consists of Supporting Service Elements that provide the foundation and control for the execution of support activities delivered through the service. These supporting elements are a mandatory component of the service:
- Infrastructure Management of the server, storage and networking components
- Data Centre Services including facilities management and data centre operations
- Service Management including service desk and standard ITIL processes.
